What to Expect

New Patient

The first visit consists of a health history, examination, treatment and recommendations for your individual goals.

Expect the first visit to take between 45 min- 1 hour.

Chiropractic Adjustment

After you have been established as a patient, follow up treatments consist of and are not limited to a full spinal and extremity adjustment and thorough muscle work and soft tissue techniques.

Expect the typical chiropractic adjustment to take between 10 min - 20 min.

Extended Time

During the chiropractic treatment, Dr. Robin may find areas of the body that require additional time and attention. This includes muscle stretching, trigger point therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue massage (IASTM), and more. (This does NOT INCLUDE cupping.) Dr. Robin will take all the time necessary for you to leave happy and better than when you came in.

Expect extended time to be anywhere between 10 - 20 additional minutes.

Cupping

Cupping can be a very effective therapy. Cupping requires access to the skin around the area being treated. Dr. Robin can provide patient gowns if needed.

Expect cupping to take between 15 min - 25 min.
